Overview

Responsibilities

• Catalog administration: Maintain metadata for records and songs across our databases (ISRCs, credits, splits, etc.)
• Release operations: Collect and ingest release assets to DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) and social platforms.
• Strategic research: Track competitors, suggest new ideas we can implement in the company, explore new markets, and surface relevant technology and industry trends. You will be responsible for bringing in new ideas to help the label grow.
• Review songs delivered to us and give proper feedback.

Requirements

• Affinity with the music industry is a bonus.
• Good understanding of music genres and structure
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and long admin tasks
• Strong English communication
• Passion for music
• Proactive and willing to help where needed

Contract Details

• Part-time (up to 30 hrs/week)
• 6-month trial, with possibility to extend or go full-time
• Long-term collaboration preferred
