Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and ensure a positive fine dining experience from their arrival to departure.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Coordinate with service staff to optimize table availability and guest flow.
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide menu information, and handle special requests.
- Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support restaurant promotions, special events, and guest engagement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within a fine dining or hospitality setting.
