Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with multiple vacancies including Sales Business Development Executive positions for Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Marketing and Social Media specialists, and motorcycle riders.

Sales Business Development Executives will identify and approach potential partner venues, manage client relationships, prepare proposals, and support contract negotiations to expand Soudian’s station network.

Marketing and Social Media team members will plan and execute digital campaigns, manage social media channels, create content, track performance metrics, and coordinate promotions to increase brand awareness and user engagement.

Motorcycle riders will be responsible for the timely delivery, relocation, and basic maintenance checks of power bank stations, ensuring inventory is accurate and stations are operational across designated locations.

All team members will collaborate to support daily operations, respond to partner and customer inquiries, and contribute to a positive, service-focused workplace.

Qualifications

  • For Sales Business Development Executive roles: proven experience in sales or business development, strong negotiation and client relationship skills, ability to conduct market research, and familiarity with the UAE business environment.
  • For Marketing and Social Media roles: skills in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, basic analytics, and campaign coordination across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • For Motorcycle Riders: valid motorcycle license in the UAE, safe and responsible riding record, knowledge of local routes, and ability to handle loading, unloading, and basic checks of equipment.
  • General skills for all roles: effective communication in English (Arabic is an advantage), strong customer service orientation, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications: prior experience in technology, telecom, or mobility services; familiarity with CRM or business productivity tools; and a high school diploma or higher education relevant to sales, marketing, or operations.
