Role Overview
The Multinational programs associate will support the EVP in coordination with relevant stakeholder across strategic partnerships and multinational programs implementation and development.
This highly transversal role offers exposure to all key functions of the insurance value chain—including Underwriting, Reinsurance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Sales, Claims, Finance, and IT.
The role involves hands-on work in partnership development, commercial analysis and process optimization.
This position suits a candidate with strong relationship skills, financials understanding, a genuine interest in insurance, and ambition to grow into a future leadership or specialist role.
*Partnership Implementation & Management*
- 1) Support and coordinate the end-to-end rollout of new partnerships and multinational programs, including:
- Business case development with P&L analysis
- Partner onboarding
- Process design and optimization, including AI enabled enhancements where relevant
- Commercial review
- Contract review in coordination with Legal, Compliance, and Reinsurance
- 2) Assist in enhancing existing partnerships by:
- Monitoring performance through financial and operational analysis
- Mapping and improving end-to-end processes
- Identifying optimization opportunities using both traditional and AI supported methods
- Supporting new commercial initiatives and negotiations
Qualifications And Skills
- 2–5 years of experience but open to strong junior profiles
- Prior experience in insurance or broking preferred
- Exposure to Multinational programs / global clients / cross-border insurance is a strong advantage
- Strong interest in the insurance industry and eagerness to build deep expertise.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret financial statements (P&L exposure).
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, financial modelling basics, analytics) and PowerPoint (structured, executive-level presentations).
- Interest or experience in leveraging AI tools for process optimization, analytics, or productivity.
- Interest in commercial negotiations, contract terms, and partnership models.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective project management, prioritization, and deadline management.
- Strong collaboration abilities to work across departments and with various seniority levels.
- Ability to serve as a coordination point between internal/external stakeholders.
