We're hiring our first in-house creative at AlphaFlow.
You won't be "editing videos." You'll own how the world sees what we're building.
About AlphaFlow
We're a Dubai-based software company building AI-powered products for complex industries.
Our first product, Pipflow, is an AI-driven trading intelligence platform live on the App Store and Google Play, serving active traders across 30+ countries.

About the Role
- You'll work directly with the CEO and operate as the sole creative owner of AlphaFlow's visual output:
- Brand
- Product demos
- In-app training videos for Pipflow
- Motion graphics in After Effects
- The entire content pipeline
- Effectively the Creative Lead for everything we ship.
- This is a high-impact role on a small founding team — not a content factory.
What You'll Do
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit video content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
- Operate camera, lighting, and audio for product, office, and interview shoots
- Build motion graphics and animations in After Effects (or equivalent) — original work, not templates
- Produce in-app training videos that help Pipflow users learn the product
- Own and maintain a consistent content pipeline — ship steadily, not in bursts
- Track what works, kill what doesn't, and iterate
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years producing and editing video that actually shipped
- Strong command of Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Motion graphics chops in After Effects (or equivalent) — not optional, you'll be animating Pipflow features and brand visuals weekly
- A portfolio that proves it — not a list of tools
- Eye for composition, pacing, color, and storytelling
- Bonus: fintech, trading, or tech brand experience
- Bonus: photography and stills
- Bonus: Arabic
