MULTIFUNCTIONAL SALES ASSOCIATE (10 Hours, Fix Term, Basingstoke)

• Evening and weekend work is required.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and ensure customers have a positive shopping experience.
• Engage customers, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable products to support store sales.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges with accurate cash handling and register balancing.
• Receive, organize, and replenish merchandise in support of stockroom operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and distribute stock to the sales floor on time.
• Maintain store presentation and consistent, professional customer service standards.
• Use product knowledge to explain key product features and benefits.
• Collaborate with the store team to support business objectives and improve the customer experience.
