Capri Pizza is hiring two multi-unit managers to oversee pizza restaurant branches in the UAE.
Operations and performance
- Oversee daily operations across multiple branches.
- Monitor sales, food costs, wastage, stock, and branch performance.
- Train employees to prepare pizza, pasta, and appetizers.
- Train new joiners and managers on company SOPs and branch operations.
- Maintain consistent food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs and resolve operational problems with branch supervisors.
- Follow up with supervisors and maintenance teams until issues are resolved.
- Plan staffing, conduct branch inspections, and manage a branch directly when required.
Mandatory requirements
- At least 3 years managing multiple pizza restaurant branches.
- Practical knowledge of pizza, pasta, and appetizer preparation.
- Degree in Hotel Management.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Strong leadership, training, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and relocate to company locations across the UAE.
- Availability to join within 1–2 weeks.
- Only applicants with relevant pizza restaurant experience will be considered.
Pay
- Salary is AED 2,800–3,500 per month.
