About the Company

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Unit Manager to oversee and manage multiple restaurant and café branches.

The ideal candidate will possess strong operational leadership skills, extensive experience in the Food & Beverage industry, and a proven ability to drive business performance while ensuring full compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant and café branches.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company standards, operational procedures, and customer service excellence across all locations.
  • Monitor branch performance, sales, profitability, labor costs, and operational KPIs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers and their teams.
  • Conduct regular branch visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company employment policies.
  • Ensure all branches comply with Balady regulations, municipality requirements, and licensing standards.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, health, and occupational safety.
  • Coordinate with government authorities and support branches during inspections and audits.
  • Manage staffing requirements, workforce planning, and employee performance.
  • Support new store openings, branch expansions, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing multiple branches within the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Previous experience with leading restaurant and café brands such as Barn’s, Dunkin’, Americana, Kudu, Half Million, or similar concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant and café operations.
  • Thorough understanding of Saudi Labor Law, Balady regulations, food safety requirements, and health & safety standards.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and achieve operational and financial targets.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
  • Willingness to travel frequently between branches.
  • Religion ; Muslim
