Overview
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system malfunctions, ensuring optimal building performance and occupant comfort.
- Perform preventative maintenance on a wide range of equipment, including HVAC systems, generators, and fire suppression systems, minimizing downtime and extending equipment lifespan.
- Conduct routine inspections of building infrastructure, identifying and promptly addressing any safety hazards or maintenance needs.
- Respond to emergency calls and provide immediate solutions to critical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
