Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for Multi Skilled Technicians based in Abu Dhabi, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks.
Day-to-day responsibilities include performing building and facility maintenance, diagnosing and repairing equipment faults, and carrying out HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry tasks as required.
Technicians will conduct planned preventive maintenance, respond to service calls, and support both major and minor refurbishments to ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently.
The role also involves maintaining accurate maintenance records, coordinating with supervisors and clients, and adhering to sustainability and safety standards in all work.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Maintenance & Repair, including working within service contracts and FM processes.
- Hands-on Building Maintenance experience, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repair tasks.
- Knowledge of planned preventive maintenance practices and safe work procedures.
- Relevant technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or a related field.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with sustainability-focused practices and safe handling of tools and materials.
- Previous experience in facility management in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage.
