Plumbing Works

- sanitary fixtures
- (washbasin, WC, mixers, faucets)
- Troubleshoot
- water pressure and drainage issues
Carpentry Works
- Perform
- minor carpentry repairs
- (doors, cabinets, hinges, locks)
- Install and fix
- wooden fittings and fixtures
- Adjust and repair
- kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and doors
Painting Works
- Carry out
- surface preparation (sanding, putty, primer)
- Perform
- internal and external painting works
- Conduct
- touch-ups and finishing works
General Duties
- Respond to
- maintenance complaints and service requests
- Inspect and identify
- defects and repair requirements
- Ensure proper
- material usage and cost control
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow all
- health & safety procedures
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Coordinate with supervisors and other trades when required
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience as a
- multi-skilled technician/mason
- Strong knowledge in:
- Masonry and tiling
- Basic plumbing systems
- Carpentry works
- Painting and finishing
- Ability to work
- independently with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of
- drawings and maintenance procedures
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit for site work
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical certification in
- civil, plumbing, or maintenance works
- Minimum
- 3–5 years of experience
- (FM or maintenance company preferred)
- UAE/GCC experience is an advantage
