Overview
We are a leading maintenance and fit-out contractor in UAE.
We are expanding our team and looking for experienced, reliable and versatile Multi-Technicians to join us immediately.
We are hiring for the following specialized roles:
Electrician cum Plumber (MEP technician)
Expertise in DB panel dressing, termination, glanding, and proper wire routing.
Troubleshooting and repairing main distribution boards, light fixtures, and wiring layouts.
Handling water supply networks, drainage systems, and sanitary installations.
Ac Technician (Fcu Specialist)
Routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing FCU and split units.
Expertise in duct cleaning, coil cleaning, gas charging, thermostat wiring.
Gypsum Carpenter Cum Painter
Installation of gypsum board partitions, drywall, and false ceilings (including aluminum perforated panels).
Interior and exterior painting, wall putty application, and finishing works.
Mason
Tile fixing (flooring and walls), plastering, blockwork, minor concrete modifications.
Experience with epoxy flooring application is a strong plus.
General Qualifications
Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience in the UAE in maintenance, or interior fit-out projects.
Strong focus on site safety, neat workmanship, and quality finishing.
Immediate joiners on cancelled visas or visit visas will be given highest priority.
Pay: AED1,586.96 - AED2,000.00 per month
