Role Description
Harris International Facilities Management L.L.C. is seeking a full-time, on-site Multi-Skilled Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing various systems across residential, retail, and commercial properties.
Daily tasks include troubleshooting and addressing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues, as well as carrying out planned preventative maintenance and minor refurbishments.
Additional responsibilities may include responding to client call-outs, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and following environmentally sustainable practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance; experience with chiller systems is a plus.
- Strong skills in electrical installation, repair, and maintenance processes.
- Experience in plumbing installations, repair, and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to perform planned preventive maintenance and minor to major refurbishments.
- Proven ability to work on-site, solving technical issues efficiently and independently.
- Strong commitment to environmental sustainability and compliance with safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in customer service.
- Relevant certifications or technical qualifications in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing fields are highly desirable.
