Multi-Skilled Labourer - Vegetation Control

Role overview

Duties

• Carry out vegetation control within the municipality in line with legislation, industry standards, and the annual maintenance schedule.
• Undertake weeding, spraying, hedge trimming, mowing, and brush cutting.

Essential requirements

• Relevant experience as a multi-skilled labourer or suitably skilled person.
• Commitment to safety and experience working on uneven terrain in all weather conditions.
• Good understanding of vegetation control operations and experience operating required tools and resources.
• Medium Rigid (MR) class truck licence.
• White Card.

Desirable qualifications

• Chemcert accreditation.
• Chainsaw accreditation.
• Traffic Management accreditation: RIISS00058 Traffic Controller and RIISS00060 Traffic Management Implementer.
• First Aid Certificate.

Position details

• Full-time position at 76 hours per fortnight.

Salary

• Annual salary of $67,178.12.
