  • Previous working experience as a Maintenance Supervisor for (2) year(s) - Required
  • Must be able to travel to and from multiple properties on a as needed basis - Required
  • High school diploma
  • Any additional relevant certification will be considered an advantage (HVAC, CMRP etc.)
  • In depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
  • Applicable knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Problem solving aptitude
