Multi-Property Marketing Executive

Position Summary

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel websites and third-party sites to keep the online presence positive and current.
• Plan and schedule social media content to promote food and beverage outlets.
• Review online travel agencies and blogs with the regional e-commerce team to ensure photos and information are accurate.
• Use Google PPC campaigns and paid social media advertising to drive incremental room, food and beverage, spa, and ancillary revenue.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports for the hotels.
• Keep marketing activity within allocated digital budgets.
• Work with graphic designers and food and beverage and spa teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Plan timely marketing campaigns across various platforms according to business needs.
• Complete administration tasks such as invoices and contracts.
• Assist with photography and video requests and manage the process on property.
• Liaise with suppliers for collateral and print requirements.
• Support the Social Media Lead and Marketing Manager with day-to-day activities.
