Role overview

Required experience and skills

• 3–6 years of relevant overall experience.
• Strong hands-on MuleSoft and Mule 4 experience, with knowledge of Anypoint Platform and Anypoint Studio.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP web services, JSON, XML, RAML, and DataWeave.
• Experience with API management and API security; understanding of integration patterns and API-led architecture.
• Experience integrating MuleSoft with Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to work with customer and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, test, and deploy APIs and integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Develop REST and SOAP APIs using API-led connectivity principles and tools including Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Exchange.
• Integrate enterprise applications such as Salesforce, ERP systems, databases, and third-party platforms.
• Develop reusable APIs and integration components; handle transformation, error handling, logging, security, and exceptions.
• Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of MuleSoft applications.
• Work with architects, functional consultants, developers, and customer teams; contribute to code reviews, testing, documentation, and production support.

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of deployment and CI/CD processes is preferred.
• MuleSoft Developer certification, enterprise-scale integration project experience, and previous UAE/GCC project experience are preferred.

Workplace and availability

• The job is onsite in Dubai, UAE.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred; preference is given to candidates already based in Dubai or the UAE who can attend interviews the following week.
