Job Summary
Falcon Group of Companies is seeking a skilled **Mud Mixer with Mud Recycling Unit Operator** with hands-on experience in HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling), trenchless technology, or similar construction projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining mud mixing and recycling systems to ensure efficient drilling support operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage mud mixing systems efficiently.
- Handle mud recycling unit operations and routine maintenance.
- Monitor slurry properties and ensure optimal operational performance.
- Coordinate with HDD/drilling teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure proper mud balance, viscosity, and recycling process control.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
- Identify and report technical issues promptly for corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with project safety and operational standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in mud mixing and mud recycling systems.
- Experience in HDD / Horizontal Directional Drilling projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of drilling fluids and slurry management.
- Ability to work effectively in field/site conditions.
- Good troubleshooting and equipment handling skills.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
