Full-time, on-site Muay Thai Coach role in Dubai.
The coach leads group classes and personal training sessions and provides technical instruction.
Responsibilities
- Teach techniques, combinations, pad work, and conditioning drills.
- Develop programs for beginners through advanced fighters.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a safe, motivating, and disciplined training environment.
- Assist with academy events, seminars, and competitions as needed.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500–6,000 per month.
Requirements
- Ability to coach Muay Thai group classes and one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Ability to teach techniques, combinations, pad work, and conditioning drills.
- Ability to develop training programs suitable for beginners through advanced fighters.
- Ability to motivate students, maintain class discipline, and uphold professional standards.
