Key Responsibilities

  • Feasibility assessments: Conduct site inspections and evaluate project viability.
  • Project planning: Prepare and implement detailed project plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Cost estimation: Research and provide accurate estimates for materials, labor, and timelines.
  • Safety and compliance: Monitor and optimize safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Industry experience : Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry knowledge strongly preferred.
  • Technical proficiency : Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD and other engineering tools.
  • Analytical skills : Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
  • Time management : Excellent organizational skills to ensure project deadlines are consistently met.
  • Leadership : Ability to lead and coordinate diverse teams of professionals across complex projects.
  • Multitasking: Proven capability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
