Service Operations

• Perform pre-emptive incident resolution, product reviews, and operational improvements.
• Manage high-complexity tickets and maintain service level agreement conditions.
• Conduct checks, use monitoring tools, and respond to alerts before they become problems.
• Log, analyze, assign, and escalate support calls with appropriate detail.

Optimization and Knowledge

• Identify optimization and automation opportunities and provide feedback to clients and affected parties.
• Create knowledge articles for frequent tasks and issues.
• Train junior team members and coach L2 teams on advanced troubleshooting.
• Provide inputs to automation teams to reduce manual effort.

Projects and Vendors

• Engage with third-party vendors when necessary.
• Keep systems and portals updated as prescribed.
• Support project implementation, delivery, and disaster recovery functions according to client requirements and timelines.

• Extensive managed services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Proven experience working with vendors or third parties.
• Ability to communicate across different cultures and social groups.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT or Computing qualification, or equivalent work experience.
