MS Technical Specialist – Network Security

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and resolve complex technical incidents.
• Ensure client infrastructure is configured, tested, and operational.
• Manage high-complexity tickets and advanced tasks while meeting service-level agreements.
• Conduct checks, use monitoring tools, and respond to alerts.
• Log, analyze, assign, and escalate support calls.
• Identify optimization and automation opportunities.
• Create knowledge articles and train junior team members.
• Coach L2 teams on advanced troubleshooting techniques.
• Engage third-party vendors and update systems and portals.
• Support projects and disaster recovery functions within client requirements and timelines.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive managed services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Proven experience working with vendors or third parties.
• Ability to communicate across different cultures and social groups.
• Effective planning and adaptability in changing circumstances.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to changing client needs.
• Client-focused approach to service delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT or Computing, or equivalent work experience.
