Required Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
· 12+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 6-8 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture / solution design.
· Proven hands-on experience with relevant D365 modules: Finance, Project Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Engagement (as needed for real estate).
· Strong domain experience in construction, real estate development, or property management — including project accounting, leasing, facilities, and operations.
· Deep understanding of integration technologies: APIs, Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions), service bus,
REST, OData.
· Experience with data migration strategies and tools.
· Knowledge of ALM practices: DevOps, LCS, environment management.
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to work with both technical and business audiences.
· Experience in defining and enforcing architectural governance, security, and data models.
· Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
· Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Architect) are highly
desirable.
