Job Summary
Responsible for end‑to‑end production and material planning through effective MRP execution, inventory control, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure smooth order flow from planning to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve ≥92% On‑Time Delivery and 100% Sales Order Compliance.
- Execute MRP planning, ensuring accurate and timely release of BOMs and requisitions.
- Plan, schedule, and close planned and production orders aligned with forecasts and customer dates.
- Manage routings and production order closures to meet operational targets.
- Monitor end‑to‑end order timelines (PR, PO, production, and delivery) and resolve delays.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics for seamless execution.
- Optimize inventory and material flow to support production, backlog clearance, and OTD performance.
- Drive digital planning improvements and COGS reduction initiatives through process optimization.
• Bachelor Mechanical Engineering
- 5-8 Years of Experience in MRP and Planning (End to end execution)
- SAP PP and MM, MS Excel, RFC and compliance
• Strong Communication Skills
- Attention to Detail
