Movement coordinator (UAE National)

Implementing transportation and vehicle movement activities within the Protocol and Hospitality Department, and monitoring drivers' affairs while they perform their assigned tasks, based on the recommendations of the traffic officer and the department head.

Tasks and responsibilities

1.

Receiving instructions from the direct supervisor regarding providing transportation to the concerned party and coordinating with them.

2.

Contributing to the delegation of drivers' tasks and organizing their routes during field missions, and ensuring that drivers are informed of any updates.

3.

Scheduling daily and weekly traffic routes, monitoring the preparation of reports, and auditing any obstacles and challenges.

4.

Monitoring drivers' compliance with applicable traffic rules and regulations, as well as etiquette and protocol.

5.

Carry out organizational and administrative tasks as directed by the direct supervisor.

Academic qualification

A bachelor's degree or diploma in logistics and supply chain management, business administration, or equivalent from a recognized university.

Required job skills

1.

Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs

2.

Excellent proficiency in both Arabic and English, including reading, writing, and speaking.

3.

The ability to respond to inquiries and articles, deliver speeches, listen, and draft.

4.

Ability to use Google Maps and navigation systems

5.

Knowledge of and adherence to traffic laws and regulations
