Role overview
Draft Technical Services is hiring a Motor Winder / Electric Motor Rewinding Technician for its technical team in the UAE.
Requirements
- At least 3–4 years of proven motor rewinding experience, including single-phase and three-phase motors.
- Thorough knowledge of electric pumps and motors, including submersible, centrifugal, and water pumps.
- Experience with coil winding, rotor/stator rewinding, insulation, and troubleshooting.
- Must currently be available in the UAE and able to join immediately or within a short notice period.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair faulty electric motors and pumps.
- Perform complete motor rewinding, including dismantling, rewinding, and reassembly.
- Ensure quality and accuracy in every job.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow safety protocols during repairs and maintenance.
Compensation and benefits
- The description gives a salary of AED 1,200–1,500 per month based on experience and separately states pay of AED 1,700 per month.
