Overview
We are urgently hiring Motor insurance Sales agents / Advisor.
Arabic Speakers - **No Fixed Salary but Commission Basis + AED 1,500 Fixed allowance.**
Bilingual Arabic/English speakers who are Dedicated / Ambitious for making money.
Self motivated individuals with hard core & cold calling experience in Insurance or banking industry.
Freshers may also apply with a strong hunger to learn & earn.
KPI's / Job Description
- -100+ cold calls each day
- Generating enquiries from our data leads
- -Excellent pitching / closing skills
- Follow up with clients on the quotations sent for new and renewal clients
- Cross selling all insurance lines
- Actively contribute to the growth and retention targets of the department
Job Location - Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai
Fixed allowance of AED 1,500 and Visa plus Attractive incentives on performance but No fixed Salary
