Role Summary
Shrego is seeking a hands-on Graphic Designer and Motion Designer for its premium peanut and snack products brand.
The role manages visual communication for an FMCG food brand, including packaging, mockups, retail creatives, and short-form video editing.
This is an execution-focused role requiring practical FMCG experience.
Graphic Design Responsibilities
- Design packaging for pouches, boxes, jars, combo packs, and gift packs.
- Create box designs and artwork using printer-ready dielines.
- Develop realistic product mockups for sales and presentations.
- Design point-of-sale materials including banners, posters, flyers, danglers, and shelf strips.
- Adapt designs across multiple SKUs and pack sizes while maintaining brand consistency.
Motion Design and Video
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp.
- Create basic motion graphics including text and product animations.
- Convert static creatives into animated promotional assets.
- Edit product, recipe, and promotional videos with captions and transitions.
Packaging and Mockup Requirements
- Have a strong understanding of packaging design and print specifications.
- Be able to create high-quality PSD or 3D mockups.
- Know CMYK, bleed, color profiles, and export formats.
- Have basic coordination skills for working with printing vendors.
Tools and Software
- Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator are mandatory.
- Adobe After Effects is mandatory.
- Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is required as an editing option.
- Adobe InDesign is preferred.
Experience and Profile
- Have 2–6 years of experience in FMCG, food brands, or packaging-focused agencies.
- Have a strong understanding of Indian retail and consumer products.
- Be able to execute quickly with high attention to detail.
- Freshers may be considered only with a strong packaging and motion portfolio.
- The portfolio must include packaging designs, product mockups, POS creatives, and short video or motion design samples.

Compensation
- Pay is ₹10,351.77–₹30,501.14 per month.
