About The Position

- The Motion Designer & Editor sits within the Brand, Creative and Experience team and is responsible for producing high-quality video, motion graphics and animated content that brings the organisation’s brand storytelling to life.
- Working under the direction of the Production Manager and in collaboration with creative and marketing stakeholders, the role translates briefs and ideas into polished, on-brand outputs for campaigns, digital channels, social media, events and internal communications.
- The role manages end-to-end motion and video production workflows, including concept development, editing, post-production, quality review, asset management and final delivery.
- It requires strong creative judgement, technical proficiency, the ability to manage multiple projects, and the capacity to provide specialist advice, identify service improvements, and contribute to an innovative and collaborative team culture.
Skills And Experience
- To be considered for this position, you will have:
- Relevant degree, extensive motion design/video production experience, or an equivalent combination of knowledge, training and experience.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with experience producing motion graphics and video content across digital, social, advertising and broadcast platforms.
- Strong creative judgement, including visual storytelling, typography in motion, pacing, design principles, and the ability to translate briefs into high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and deadlines, innovate, take responsibility for outcomes, and contribute positively to the team.
