This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with experience in mortgage processing.
Job Summary
The Mortgage Operations Specialist will manage the end-to-end mortgage application process, ensuring that each application is processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulations.
You’ll collaborate with lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth process for our clients and maintain strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the mortgage application process from start to finish, ensuring all requirements are met.
Work with lenders, solicitors, and stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and resolve any issues.
Maintain accurate records and keep internal stakeholders updated on application status.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries and addressing concerns promptly.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in mortgage processing or a related area.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Experience with mortgage processing software is a plus.
