About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Mortgage Professional to manage mortgage loan sales and processing activities.
The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, evaluating loan eligibility, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth loan disbursement without team handling responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end mortgage loan processing for customers.
- Generate and handle home loan and mortgage business.
- Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
- Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for approvals.
- Follow up with customers for pending documentation and status updates.
- Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, DSAs, and real estate agents.
- Achieve individual sales and disbursement targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of mortgage and home loan products.
- Understanding of credit assessment and loan documentation.
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Sales and customer handling abilities.
- Knowledge of banking processes and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA or banking certifications preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Background
- Experience in banks, NBFCs, mortgage firms, or housing finance companies.
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
