Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Mortgage Consultant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Mortgage Consultant will advise clients on suitable mortgage products, explain terms and conditions clearly, and guide them through the application and approval process.
Daily activities include assessing clients’ financial situations, collecting and verifying required documentation, liaising with lenders and internal teams, and tracking applications to completion.
The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products and local market trends, delivering high-quality customer service, and meeting individual and team performance targets.
The Mortgage Consultant is expected to build strong client relationships, follow compliance and regulatory requirements, and contribute to a collaborative, professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry and practical experience working with mortgages and mortgage lending.
- Solid understanding of finance principles, including income assessment, credit analysis, and affordability calculations.
- Demonstrated customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and build trust.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Prior experience in mortgage consulting, banking, or financial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with local real estate and lending regulations in the United Arab Emirates is an advantage.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems; ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple client cases simultaneously, and meet performance and compliance standards.
