Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Mortgage Consultant

to join our growing team.

This role is perfect for a finance professional who understands the mechanics of the Dubai property market and has an established track record in banking sales.

You will guide clients through the entire home financing journey, leveraging your existing network and banking relationships to source, structure, and close mortgage deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Deal Sourcing & Sales**
  • : Identify, pitch, and convert prospective property buyers looking for mortgage options.
  • **Banking Liaison**
  • : Leverage your existing relationships with UAE banks to build and get special and fast-track loan approvals for clients.
  • **End-to-End Advisory**
  • : Assess client financial profiles, recommend suitable mortgage products, and manage the documentation process from application to final pre-approval and disbursement.
  • **Market Networking**
  • : Build and maintain a strong referral pipeline by partnering with local real estate brokers, developers, and property consultants.
  • **Compliance Management**
  • : Ensure all mortgage applications comply strictly with UAE Central Bank regulations and individual bank lending policies.

Job Requirements

  • **Proven Track Record**
  • :
  • Minimum 2 years of direct experience
  • in mortgage advisory within Dubai or direct sales within a UAE retail bank.
  • **Deep Network**
  • : An existing, active network of contacts within UAE banking credit teams and local real estate agencies.
  • **Technical Knowledge**
  • : Thorough understanding of Dubai Land Department (DLD) processes, property valuation mechanics, and local mortgage criteria for both residents and non-residents.
  • **Sales Excellence**
  • : Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with a proven ability to smash monthly sales targets.
