The company is hiring a Mortgage Sales Consultant in Dubai.
This is a full-time, on-site sales role focused on calling prospects, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and converting prospects into mortgage customers.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries by phone and WhatsApp.
- Understand client requirements and identify mortgage opportunities.
- Explain basic mortgage services and connect qualified clients with the mortgage advisory team.
- Generate appointments and convert leads into active clients.
- Follow up regularly to improve lead conversion.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet monthly calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.
- Update client information and call activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the internal mortgage team to support client onboarding.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, sales, customer service, or business development.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills; comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.
- Able to handle objections and follow up with potential clients; sales-oriented and target-driven.
- Experience in real estate, banking, insurance, mortgage, or financial services is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and strong interpersonal skills.
