Mortgage Banking Analyst

The Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze property financial statements, social and economic drivers, and ownership structures.
• Determine asset values and potential loan values for different lending options.
• Work with the US team and build rapport.
• Prepare process-specific outputs and meet operational targets.
• Maintain quality standards based on process and customer requirements.
• Complete process training and meet industry and process learning timelines.
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager.

Qualifications and Skills

• Any bachelor’s degree is required.
• A postgraduate degree, including an MBA or PGDBM, is preferred.
• Ability to interpret documentation and draw actionable conclusions from multiple information sources.
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns and issues, evaluate information critically, and apply logical reasoning.
• Excellent written and oral American English communication skills.
• Stakeholder management, proactive working style, client focus, and strong time management are required.
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel and Word, is required.
• Quality control experience on a GPO product is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize work based on criticality is required.

Schedule

• The position is assigned to a night shift.
• Additional hours or days may be required to meet business needs and deadlines.
