We work closely with leading banks and financial institutions to guide clients through purchase and refinancing with clarity, speed, and professionalism.
We are currently building a high-performance core team and are looking for a versatile Mortgage Advisor who can combine both **client-facing sales** and **financial assessment (underwriting mindset).**
Role Overview
- This role sits at the core of our revenue engine.
- You will be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound leads
- Qualifying clients
- Assessing financial profiles
- Structuring mortgage solutions
- Moving cases efficiently toward approval
- You will work closely with our team to ensure smooth and complete file processing.
- This is a **high-impact role** where performance directly translates into revenue and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads promptly (phone, WhatsApp, web)
- Conduct qualification calls and understand client needs
- Analyze client financials (income, liabilities, eligibility)
- Identify suitable mortgage options and bank matches
- Define pre-approval strategy before submission
- Coordinate with Documentation Coordinator for file completion
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Follow up consistently to move cases forward
- Contribute to monthly revenue targets
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in UAE mortgage, banking, or financial services
- Strong understanding of UAE mortgage products and approval criteria
- Ability to combine sales mindset + analytical thinking
- Confident communication and client management skills
- Structured, disciplined, and responsive
- Experience working with KPIs and performance targets
- CRM experience preferred
- English required (Arabic is a plus)
