Role Description
The Mortgage Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
The person in this role will advise clients on suitable mortgage products, explain terms and conditions, and guide them through the end-to-end application process.
Daily responsibilities include assessing clients’ financial situations, preparing mortgage applications, coordinating with lenders, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
The Mortgage Advisor will also engage in mortgage marketing activities, build relationships with referral partners, and follow up with clients to support them through approval and closing.
The role requires collaboration with internal teams to deliver a high standard of service and meet business targets.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of mortgages and mortgage products, with experience advising clients on home financing solutions.
- Background in finance and financial planning, with the ability to analyze income, expenses, and affordability.
- Experience in mortgage marketing or related sales activities, including lead generation and client outreach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
- Proven customer service skills and a client-focused approach, especially in high-value, time-sensitive transactions.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases concurrently.
- Prior experience in the UAE mortgage market or real estate sector is an advantage.
