Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Advisor based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Mortgage Advisor will assist clients in identifying appropriate mortgage products, provide expert financial advice, and guide them through securing and finalizing their mortgage.
Duties include assessing client financial circumstances, presenting tailored mortgage options, collaborating with lenders, and ensuring compliance with industry guidelines and regulations.
Additionally, the individual will support clients in understanding loan agreements and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Mortgages and Financial Planning
- Experience in Mortgage Marketing and familiarity with finance-related processes
- CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) qualification is required
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills
- Proven ability to work with diverse clients and tailor financial solutions effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ethical standards
- Knowledge of the UAE property and mortgage market is an advantage
