Role Description
The Mortgage Advisor role at PRYPCO is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.
The person in this role will guide clients through the mortgage process, from initial consultation and affordability assessment to application, approval, and completion.
Daily responsibilities include evaluating clients’ financial situations, recommending suitable mortgage products, and explaining terms and conditions in a clear and accessible way.
The Mortgage Advisor will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing, maintain accurate records, and support marketing initiatives related to mortgage products.
The role also involves staying current with market trends and regulatory requirements to provide informed, compliant advice.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Mortgages and practical experience in Finance and Financial Planning.
- Proficiency in Mortgage Marketing, with the ability to support product promotion and client acquisition.
- Relevant professional qualification such as CeMap or equivalent mortgage advisory certification.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- High attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical skills, and sound judgment in assessing risk.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Previous experience in mortgage advisory, banking, or real estate finance is highly beneficial.
