Overview
We are a Dubai-based mortgage brokerage specialising in UK property finance for
foreign nationals and expats
, with a strong focus on
new build developments
.
The role involves supporting mortgage brokers and managing applications from submission through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit mortgage applications to UK lenders
- Manage mortgage cases from enquiry to completion
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and developers
- Collect and verify client documentation (ID, income, bank statements)
- Conduct AML/KYC checks including Source of Funds
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
- Provide updates to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in mortgage administration or financial services
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- English language profficency
- Experience with UK mortgages (preferred but not essential)
Desirable
- Experience with Buy-to-Let mortgages
- Experience with new build or off-plan property
- Experience working with international clients
- Mandarin
- or Turkish speakers desirable
