Key Responsibilities
- Perform traditional Moroccan bath (Hammam) treatments according to salon standards.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment, products, and supplies are ready before each service.
- Conduct body exfoliation, cleansing, and related treatments professionally and safely.
- Recommend suitable body care products and additional services based on clients’ needs.
- Maintain excellent hygiene and sanitation standards in treatment areas.
- Ensure client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout the service.
- Monitor product inventory and report stock requirements to management.
- Follow all health, safety, and salon policies and procedures.
- Build positive relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment.
& Skills
- Previous experience as a Moroccan Bath Technician or Hammam Therapist.
- Knowledge of traditional Moroccan bath techniques and body treatments.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
Requirements
- Relevant beauty, spa, or wellness certification preferred.
- Understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical treatments.
