Molding Production Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing including 5+ years of leadership experience, ideally in a multi-shift environment.
• Previous Rubber Molding Manufacturing experience is a definite plus.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement initiatives, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems and production tracking tools.
• Strong knowledge of EPA and OSHA regulations with a focus on maintaining compliance and fostering a safe work environment.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams, particularly in high-volume manufacturing operations.
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

The Commercial Essentials product segment includes electrical junction boxes, commercial fittings, strut and cable tray metal framing systems for commercial and residential construction. The Premier Industrial product segment includes multiple product lines, such as Ty-Rap® cable ties, T&B Liquidtight Systems® protection products, PVC coated and nylon conduit systems, power connection and grounding systems, and cable protection systems of conduits and fittings for harsh and industrial applications. The Division also manufactures solutions for medium-voltage applications used in the utility market under its marquee brands including ElastimoldTM reclosers and switchgear, capacitor switches, current limiting fuses, HomacTM distribution connectors, Hi-Tech ValiantTM full-range current limiting fuse for fire mitigation, faulted current indicators and distribution connectors, cable accessories and apparatus with products for overhead and underground distribution. Manufacturing includes made-to-stock and custom-made solutions.

• While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $98,700 and $157,920 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.
