The role:
Mobility Lead — Dubai
- A respected infrastructure advisory firm is appointing a senior Transport and Mobility Lead to head a growing division and shape its next chapter.
- You'll work alongside Roads, Urban Planning, Smart City, and Sustainability teams on some of the most consequential mobility projects in the Gulf.
- What you'll actually do:
- Lead transport demand modelling, network simulation, and multi-modal planning
- Work directly with major transport authorities across the UAE and Saudi Arabia
- Grow a team of 4–5 and expand the service line
- Win work, lead clients, and define new practice areas
- What this is not:
- A role where you manage a steady pipeline and keep your head down.
- This firm wants someone who will question assumptions, introduce new thinking, and build something.
- You bring:
- 15+ years in transport planning.
- Hands-on with VISUM, VISSIM, CUBE or similar.
- Gulf experience preferred.
- A track record of leading studies, not just delivering them.
