Role: Mobility Consultant – Dubai, UAE (Full Time)
Role Overview
As a Mobility Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of relocating employees and their families, delivering a seamless and high-quality relocation experience. You will oversee the full relocation lifecycle from initial needs assessment through to settling-in ensuring each assignee receives personalized, efficient, and client-compliant support. This role requires strong coordination, client relationship management, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to exceed both client and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end relocation services, including needs assessment, orientation, home search, school search, and settling-in support.
· Act as the primary point of contact for relocating employees and their families, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the relocation journey.
· Liaise closely with client HR representatives to ensure service delivery aligns with corporate policies and expectations.
· Proactively identify client needs and provide strategic, solution-driven support to address challenges and enhance service outcomes.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external service partners to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
· Maintain accurate and timely updates in Zoho systems, including itineraries, reports, job costs, lease details, and service milestones.
· Participate in account-specific calls, team meetings, and continuous learning initiatives to improve service quality and performance.
· Handle escalations professionally in line with client guidelines, escalating to the Operations Manager when required.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assignees, and service partners to ensure consistent service excellence.
· Ensure compliance with company standards, client policies, and confidentiality requirements at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Minimum 1 year of experience in the relocation industry or equivalent customer service experience in a global environment.
· Strong communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
· Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work across diverse stakeholders.
· Excellent consultative approach with strong attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
· Working knowledge of Zoho applications is an advantage.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confident presentation abilities.
· High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity.
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, with professionalism and discretion.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with flexibility and adaptability.
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
