Role Overview
Lead testing and quality engineering initiatives across customer-facing mobile and digital platforms.
Provide hands-on technical and strategic leadership for enterprise mobile automation across iOS, Android, and web applications.

Engagement Details
- Location: Sydney.
- Hybrid working style with 2-3 days onsite.
- Initial engagement length is 9 months.
- Start date: ASAP.
Compensation
- Up to $760 per day for ACN engagement, or up to $180K package for Max Term employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the test automation strategy and roadmap.
- Lead and mentor automation testing teams.
- Build and maintain scalable mobile and web automation frameworks.
- Establish QA standards, processes, and best practices.
- Report testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and defects.
- Drive continuous testing within DevOps pipelines.
- Manage test environments, test data, and automation tools.
- Support releases, production deployments, and defect management.
Required Technical Skills
- Hands-on automated testing delivery for iOS and Android mobile applications.
- Expert WebdriverIO and Appium experience for mobile automation.
- Hands-on Playwright and Selenium experience for web automation.
- Framework development using JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD and DevOps environments.
- GitHub and source control experience.
- Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools.
- API automation using Postman or Apidog.
- Experience with BrowserStack, LambdaTest, TestMu, or device farms.
- Exposure to Cucumber or other BDD frameworks.
- Experience in regulated industries, cloud environments, performance testing, or accessibility testing.
