About This Role

Job Title: Mobile TechnicianJob Summary

We are looking for a skilled Mobile Technician with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in mobile phone repair and troubleshooting. Experience from the candidate’s home country or within the UAE is acceptable. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable, reliable, and able to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for smartphones (Android & iOS).
  • Perform screen replacements, battery changes, motherboard repairs, and component-level troubleshooting.
  • Handle software flashing, unlocking, and system updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
  • Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with new mobile technologies and repair techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile repair.
  • Experience from native country or UAE is acceptable.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile hardware and software.
  • Ability to diagnose issues quickly and accurately.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Chip-level repair experience.
  • Knowledge of tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
