About This Role
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Technician with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the Gulf countries. The ideal candidate will have expertise in chip-level service for iPhone and Samsung mobiles, ensuring high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in mobile repair, specifically in the Gulf region.
- Languages: Proficient in English
- Core Skills:
- Expertise in chip-level servicing for iPhone and Samsung devices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed diagnostics and repairs on mobile devices, focusing on chip-level issues.
- Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in all repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
