Overview
We are looking for a skilled **Mobile Technician** to diagnose, repair, and maintain smartphones and other mobile devices.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mobile hardware and software troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mobile devices (Android & iPhone)
- Replace damaged parts such as screens, batteries, charging ports, etc.
- Troubleshoot software issues, including OS errors and app failures
- Perform flashing, unlocking, and software upgrades
- Maintain records of repairs and services performed
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Handle tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mobile Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware and software
- Experience in repairing iPhones and Android devices
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in mobile repair (optional)
- Experience in UAE/GCC market is an advantage
Working Details
- Duty Hours: 10–12 hours
- Weekly Off: 1 day
- Immediate joiners preferred
