Job Description
We are hiring a skilled and dedicated **Mobile Phone Technician** to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing smartphones, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting customers professionally, and supporting sales through excellent communication and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mobile phones from all major brands
- Perform screen, battery, charging port, and camera replacements
- Install and troubleshoot mobile software
- Test devices thoroughly after repair
- Clearly explain repair issues and solutions to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and build customer trust
- Assist customers in selecting mobile accessories and products
- Promote and support **accessory and device sales**
- Install mobile accessories such as cases and screen protectors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
Requirements
- Proven experience in mobile phone repair
- Strong knowledge of **iOS and Android devices**
- **Good communication skills and confident customer interaction**
- **Strong sales skills and ability to upsell accessories and services**
- Friendly personality with good sales talk
- Honest, reliable, and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
