  • Travel to homes, clinics, and other care settings, including possible dialysis, hospice, palliative, or geriatric care.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and applicable workers’ compensation requirements.
  • Collect payment when necessary and remain responsive and available to patient opportunities in the contractor network.

Qualifications and readiness

  • Valid state license and IV certification; examples include Paramedic, RN, LVN, or LPN.
  • Liability insurance coverage up to $1 million through a credited provider.
  • Critical-care experience such as ICU or emergency room work; Level I Trauma Center experience is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation; ability to perform examinations and vital-sign assessments.
  • Strong patient assessment skills and ability to work independently across home, community, and assisted living settings.
  • Current BLS certification is required; ACLS or PALS is a plus.
  • Must pass background checks and maintain reliable communication, availability, and scheduling flexibility.
  • Must be financially and logistically prepared to acquire supplies and maintain full inventory within 7 business days of onboarding.
  • Experience with injections, phlebotomy, tube feeding, ventilator support, or ostomy care is advantageous.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to respond urgently to patient needs are requested.

Compensation

  • The posting states pay from $125 per hour and weekly direct deposit with tiered travel fees.
  • Contractors receive 50% of service fees and product profits, 100% of tips and travel fees, and uncapped earnings potential.

  • Listed benefits include flexible schedule, parental leave, and a referral program.
  • The company provides marketing assistance, lead generation, and operational guidance; supply investment and client flow are not guaranteed.
